of Work: Dumas
Concepts In Building provided general contracting services for
the interior and exterior restoration/renovation of this Detroit
community landmark. DCIB coordinated the work necessary to restore
the fire-damaged Charles A. Hill Chapel, build classrooms, construct
and install an elevator and shaft, replace concrete walkways,
provide finished carpentry and provide valuable engineering
consultation to the architect.
Under
the direction of DCIB, tradesmen from multiple disciplines
were able to preserve much of the original work and restore
