Scope of Work: Dumas Concepts In Building was selected as the construction managers to build the new Augusta Stellwagen Elementary School in Detroit. This is the first of fifty newly constructed elementary schools that will provide a state of the art learning environment. The the final cost of the school will be approximately $15,000,000 with a capacity of 750 students. Highlights of the school include classrooms with private lavatories and attached "break out" rooms, a new gymnasium, locker rooms, multi-purpose classrooms, music classroom with a stage, art classroom, a full cafeteria, science classrooms, computer classroom and a media center. The school is also wired for modern computer technology and the internet.

Scope of Work: Dumas Concepts In Building provided structural and miscellaneous steel for the New Greater Grace Temple Church. The project included providing fabrication, erection and installation of all structural steel, all beams, columns, hoists and catwalks. The church encompasses a large sanctuary, classrooms, world-class dining and impressive office space.
