Scope of Work: Sprayscape is a place to cool off during the summer months for residents and guests of Plymouth. Dumas Concepts In Building completed this 2600 square foot of mini-water park in the fall of 2002. It features water cannons, Horse Charger, Froggy-O, Daisy Mae, Water O’s and 12 ground sprays designed to accommodate all ages and at no cost!

Scope of Work: Dumas Concepts In Building provided renovations to the Mezzanine and staff floor at the Bank One Headquarters in Detroit, formerly National Bank of Detroit (NBD). Approximately 40,000 square feet of ceiling in the mezzanine area was removed and a new grid system was configured with accoustical tiles installed. The remodeling of the lavatory facilities also took place during the non-peak hours to minimize distruption of the client's daily core business. Later phases of the staff floor renovation included the construction of a gift shop, two conference rooms and the installation of a new cafeteria.

Scope of Work: Dumas Concepts In Building was the general contractor for the erection of two new salt storage domes and the repair of two existing domes. These domes are designed to house salt for the road crews to keep the streets of Detroit snow and ice free during the winter months.
