Safety Leadership

Safety is a corporate priority at Dumas Concepts In Building. The construction industry and its insurers have developed a measure of job site safety performance, a complex formula called Experience Modification Rate (EMR).

An EMR of 1.0 is the industry norm; 0.85 is considered excellent. Dumas Concepts' Michigan EMR is 0.56.

Dumas Concepts has been singled out repeatedly by insurance and safety groups for our innovative approach to creating safe job sites. This is just one more way we stand accountable.

Protecting the Area

Our project mobilization plan takes into account pedestrian safety and traffic patterns. We will phase the work to protect the construction environment. Special consideration will be taken to control dust and noise. We will communicate with building users to ensure our efforts support the mission of our customers.
