provded labor, materials and equipment required to remove and
replace 50,000 square feet of exterior paving and concrete storage
areas. Approximately 1400 cubic yards of concrete was place. DCIB
completed the project ahead of schedule. |

Scope of Work: This
project called the 84AN Expansion, encompassed a nine
(9) bay addition to the Warren Truck Assembly Plant. Dumas Concepts
In Building was selected to perform on the project after Chrysler
representatives had the opportunity to tour the fabricating
facility to review a previous project performance.
The expansion totaled 31,000
square feet and required approximately 200 tons of structural
steel. DCIB was responsible for fabricating columns, trusses,
parapets, stairs, ladders, door frames and for reinforcing existing
steel structures.

M) and for steel trade management ($19.1 M). The state-of-the-art
building is designed to become a technological training facility
for members of the UAW.
